Few years ago, the program “Tomorrow’s World” show featured a man whose symptoms of Parkinson's disease could be controlled by flipping a switch on a handset that, in turn, operated a tiny device implanted in his brain. No more tremors, no more tears. This is the friendly and reassuring side of neural implants, but many people believe that dark forces are at work, trying to control the minds of target subjects through tiny objects inserted into various parts of the body. Even worse, these sinister manipulators send powerful electromagnetic rays into the minds of innocent victims, influencing their thoughts and emotions.
These dark forces take many forms; some say they are intelligence agencies like C.I.A. ; others say it is a secret cabal aimed at controlling the world's population; still others say they are malicious aliens, the Grays, who use implants as tracking devices so they can kidnap and control their hapless victims anytime, anywhere.
Warnings about new forms of mind control are not just the words of so-called conspiracyists’ and ‘paranoid eccentrics‘. Nature1 reports on developments in neurology such as “constituting a potential threat to human rights…” Jean-Pierre Changeux, a neurologist from the Institut Pasteur in Paris, said in a meeting of the French national bioethics committee that advances in brain imaging make invasion of privacy immense. He said that although the required equipment is still highly specialized, it will become commonplace and able to be used remotely. This will pave the way for abuses such as invasion of personal freedom, behavior control and brainwashing. Denis LeBihan |, a researcher at the French Atomic Energy Commission, said at the meeting that the use of imaging techniques has reached the stage where “we can almost read people's minds.”
Although our modern electronic age has only existed since the turn of this century, of individuals said their minds had been remotely influenced and controlled by machines for at least two centuries. (…)
(…) In 1994, Ronald K. Siegel, an assistant research professor in the faculty of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at UCLA (University of California Los Angeles), wrote ” Whispers: The Voices of Paranoia ” (Whispers: Voices of Paranoia).4
The doctor. Siegel, an expert in hallucinations, has published a book on this subject in 1975 with Louis Jolyn West from the famous MKULTRA.5
MKULTRA, just like the ARTI-CHOKE projects, CHATTER, CASTI-GATE, MKDELTA, MKNAOMI, THIRD CHANCE, MKSEARCH, MKOFTEN, etc., were secret C.I.A projects. involving many well-known members and institutions of the medical and scientific communities to study and experiment with various forms of behavior modification and control using, in many cases, unconscious human subjects. In office since the end of the years 40 until the early years 70, they searched all that was possible, from drugs to hypnosis, through electronics.6
” Whispers ” is a collection of mind control cases and stories, (or ‘paranoia‘ as he calls it) studied by Siegel. One case involved a man called Tolman who believed his mind was controlled by computers through a satellite system called POSSE (Personal Orbiting Satellite for Surveillance and Enforcement or personal orbital satellite for surveillance and enforcement). Interesting way, author Dorothy Burdick, in his book of 1982 ” Such Things Are Known ” (Such things are known) described what she claimed to be the harassment of the control of her mind by computers and satellites. She names Siegel as the inventor of a device called FOCUS (Flexible Optical Control Unit Simulator or flexible optical control unit) which can project hallucinations directly onto the retina so that subjects cannot distinguish images from reality.7
In Siegel's book, Tolman says images are transmitted directly to his brain. Seal dit : “You mean to tell me that there are machines capable of sending visual images directly to the brain?”8
In 1968, Siegel edited a professional paper titled “A device for chronically controlled visual entry”, which is a description of a device he developed to project images directly into the brains of experimental animals via the optic nerve. He suggests that more experimentation “either conducted on newborns (chatons) whose visual stimulation will be controlled from the moment they open their eyes.”9
Thirty years later, a team of scientists from the United States wired a computer to a cat's brain and created videos of what the cat saw. One of the scientists working on the project, Garret Stanley, from Harvard University, foresees machines with brain interfaces. We can only imagine how far such technology has advanced in the secret research labs of the US government and the military industrial complex.. (…)
(…) today's victims can refer to a wealth of documentation confirming how government agencies and research centers developed technologies and methods (…)
(…) These technologies involve elements of psychology, hypnosis, political conspiracies, and even devices that emit “rays” to control the behavior of others without their knowledge and without their consent.
We can consider the development of electromagnetic energy sources, whose output can be pulsed, fashioned, and concentrated, and which can mate with the human body in a fashion that will prevent voluntary muscle movement, to control emotions (and so, the actions), to produce sleep, to send suggestions, to interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, to produce a set of experiences, and remove a set of experiences.
By translating the words ‘set of experiences’ military jargon in normal language, this means, simply, that they consider the ability to erase your life memories and replace them with a new dummy set.
By projecting such developments into the future, the authors of New Vistas camouflage the current possibilities. A similar futuristic scenario with many references to mind manipulation is described in ” The Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War ” (U.S. Army War College, 1994). Authors Steven Metz and James Kievit state: “Behavior modification is a key component of peace enforcement” and “The advantage [ to use ] of directed energy systems is deniability.” The authors ask: “Who is such deniability aimed at??” The direct answer is “the American people”.
Ready for the year 2010, Metz and Kievit write on the “perception molding” and on “advanced psychotechnologies” aimed at avoiding boring public protest, but this is just the beginning. L’obstacle principal, do they believe, is that “traditional American ethics [is] a major obstacle,” and so, sadly, “old-fashioned notions of personal privacy and national sovereignty [have to be] changed.”
The future presented by Metz and Kievit looks like a mixture of ” 1984 ” by George Orwell and the recent film ” Matrix “. Individuals unwilling to follow revolutionary changes “are identified using comprehensive inter-agency integrated databases.” They “will then be classified by category” and “sophisticated computer simulations of personality” will be used “in order to develop, work and focus psychological campaigns to [ OR against ] each.”
Other techniques that will be used in conjunction with these new mind weapons include 'morphing', a current ability that controls the distortion of TV images. So, if you are lucky enough not to have your brain scrambled or electronically erased, electronic news media will be handled especially for you, presenting compelling, real-life visual images via your combined TV-and-Internet interface.
A silent communications system in which non-hearing wearers, in the very low or very high range of audio frequencies or in the frequency spectrum adjacent to ultrasound, are modulated by amplitude or frequency with the desired intelligence and are propagated acoustically or vibratively, in order to induce things in the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, headphones, or piezoelectric sensors. Modulated carriers can be transmitted directly in real time or can be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical media, magnetic or optical for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener.
According to the literature of Silent Sounds, Inc., it is now possible, using supercomputers, to analyze human emotional patterns by electroencephalogram and reproduce them, then store these “emotional signature bundles” on another computer and, at will, “to silently induce and change the emotional state within a human being.”
Judy Wall, writing in Nexus magazine (October November 1998), this : “Silent Sounds, Inc. states that she is only interested in positive emotions, but the military are not so limited. That this is a US Department of Defense project is obvious.”
Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds Inc., said this about the S-quad in a letter dated 13 December 1996 :
All diagrams, however, have been classified by the US government and we are not authorized to reveal exact details… we make cassettes and CDs for the German government, and even for the former countries of the Soviet Union! All courtesy of the US Department of State, of course… The system was used during Operation Desert Storm (Iraq) quite successfully.
Using these computer enhanced electroencephalograms, scientists can identify and isolate the “emotional signature bundles” low brain amplitude, synthesize them and store them on another computer. In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic patterns of brain waves that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists were able to identify the concomitant brain wave pattern and can now reproduce it. “These beams are then placed on the carrier frequencies of Silent Sound (its silent) and will silently trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion inside another human being!”
The first officially reported scientific experiment documenting a case of synthetic telepathy cannot be found in academic literature due to the highly secretive nature of the research.
In 1961, Allen Frey, an independent biophysicist and an engineering psychologist, reported that a human can hear microwaves.10 This finding has been dismissed by most scientists in the United States as the result of an artefact (outside noise).
The more technical description of the experiment is described by James C. Linn.11 :
Frey… found that human subjects exposed to microwaves from 1310 megahertz and 2982 megahertz at average power densities of 0,4 at 2 mW / cm2 perceived hearing sensations described as buzzing or banging sounds (also described as clicks or tweets).
Maximum power densities were on the order of 200 at 300 mW / cm2 and pulse repetition frequencies varied from 200 at 400 hertz… Frey referred to this auditory phenomenon as to RF sound (radio frequency). The sensation occurred instantly at medium power incident densities well below those required for known biological damage and appeared to originate from the inside or the back of the head.
Subsequent tests revealed that two conditions were necessary for the subject to hear the microwave-induced noise: “good bone conduction and the ability to hear sound energy above 5 kilohertz…”
In 1975, the diary introduction by A.W. Guy and others start as follows : “One of the biological effects of electromagnetic energy (IN) The most widely observed and accepted low-power mean is the hearing sensation evoked in humans when exposed to pulsed microwaves.”12
The current US government’s use of synthetic telepathy was described in the October-November issue 1994 you magazine Nexus:
Directed energy weapons that are currently deployed include, for example, a microwave weapon built by Lockheed-Sanders that is used in a process known as ‘text-to-speech’ which is remote audio radiation (i.e., voices or other audible signals) directly into the brain of any chosen human target. This process is also known within the US government as "Synthetic Telepathy".
Microwaves can also alter the permeability of the blood-brain barrier in the body., 14 which can increase the effects of drugs, as the military know well. “Using relatively low level radio frequency waves, it may be possible to sensitize large military groups to the extremely dispersed amounts of biological or chemical agents to which the unirradiated population would be immune.”15
Sounds can be transmitted even more easily through the use of implants – cochlear implants, implants that send electrical signals into inner ear fluid, or implants that transmit sound vibrations through bone conduction, such as cases of dental plumbs that collect audible radio signals. The stimulus, invented by Dr. Jose Delgado, consists of wires that connect strategic points in the brain to a radio transmitter / receiver located entirely under the skin. By this device, Delgado could stimulate raw emotions such as arousal, the worry, and aggression at the turn of a button.16
Of course, US government secret research on microwaves and synthetic telepathy has evolved dramatically since the end of the Cold War.
While visiting his friends in Decker, in Michigan, Timothy McVeigh complained that the military had implanted it with a microchip, a miniature subcutaneous transponder, so that they can keep track. He complained that the chip had left an unexplained scar on his buttocks and that it was painful to sit on it. McVeigh was convicted of the bombing in 1995 of a US government building in Oklahoma City.
Miniaturized telemetry has been part of an ongoing project led by the military and various intelligence agencies to test the effectiveness of tracking soldiers on the battlefield. The miniature implantable telemetry device was declassified a long time ago.
According to Dr. Carl Sanders, the developer of the Intelligence Manned Interface biochip (Human Interface Intelligence Biochip or IMI) : “We used this on military personnel during the Iraq war where they were actually tracked using this particular type of device.”
It is also interesting to note that the Calspan Advanced Technology Center (Calspan Advanced Technology Center or Calspan ATC) in Buffalo, in the state of New York, where McVeigh worked, is engaged in microscopic electronic technology of the type applicable to telemetry. Calspan was founded in 1946 under the name of Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory (Cornell aeronautical laboratory), qui incluait le “Fund for the Study of Human Ecology” (funds for the study of human ecology), a financing conduit for the C.I.A. for mind control experiments by migrant Nazi scientists under the direction of C.I.A medics. Sidney Gottlieb, Ewen Cameron, and Louis Jolyn West.
According to mind control researcher Alex Constantine, “Calspan places a lot of emphasis on research in biological technology and artificial intelligence (Calspan has been a pioneer in this field in the years 50).” In his article, ” The Good Soldier ” (“The good soldier”), Constantine declares :
The technology for tracking and monitoring humans is well within the scope of Calspan's goals.. The company is instrumental in REDCAP, an Air Force electronic warfare system that is the best in every Department of Defense infrastructure in the country. A Pentagon publication explains that REDCAP “is used to assess the efficiency of equipment, Techniques, electronic combat tactics and concepts.” The system “includes closed-circuit radar and data links to human-made data fusion and weapon checkpoints.” A patriot news website reported that a disembodied, rumbling low-frequency hum was heard across the country during the week [ the bombing of Oklahoma ]. Earlier hums located in Taos, in New Mexico, in Eugene and Medford, and Oregon, in Timmons, in Ontario and Bristol, in England have been most certain (And this, despite misleading official denials) adapted to the auditory pathways of the brain.
The Air Force is one of Calspan's main customers, and Eglin AFB provided basic personnel to the company. The jarring irony – reminiscent of McVeigh's claim that he was implanted with a telemetry chip — wants Eglin Air Force Base's technology instrumentation branch to be currently busy tracking mammals with miniaturized telemetry devices. According to an Air Force press release, the biotelemetry chip transmits on the upper S band (2318 at 2398 megahertz), with until 120 digital channels.
There is nothing secret about the biotelemetry chip. Advertisements for commercial versions of the device appeared in national publications. Time magazine ran an ad for an implantable transponder for pets in its edition of the 26 June 1995 — ironically enough — to an article about a militia leader warning about the coming new world order. While animal surveillance has been an unclassified scientific pursuit for decades, monitoring humans has been a highly classified project that is only a subset of the arsenal “not flying” of the Pentagon. As Constantine points out, “the fictitious implications were explored by Defense News on 20 mars, 1995:
Naval research lab tries to merge neurons and chips : these studies could produce an army of 'zombies'.
Future battles could be fought with genetically modified organisms, such as rodents, whose minds are controlled by microchips associated with living brain cells…. The research, called Hippo-campal Neuron Patterning (Hippocampal neuron modeling), grows living neurons on electronic chips. “This neural-altering technology could potentially be used on people to create zombie armies,” a this Laurent Korb, a superior at the Brookings Institution.
“It is conceivable,” according to Constantine, “given the current state of the art of electronic mind control, a biocybernetic Wizard of Oz above the rainbow of black budgets (black budgets), that McVeigh had been drawn into an experimental project, and that the device (the microchip) was ” the real thing ” (a mind control device).” Timothy McVeigh might have been, without knowing, an Army and CIA guinea pig involved in a classified telemetry / mind control project — a “Candidat Spotted”.
An edition dating from 1975 from the Soviet publication International Life, discussing developments in electronic mind control, stated that atmospheric electricity can be used “to suppress mental activity” large groups of people. The Soviet newspaper said that a sonic generator, tuned to an infrasound frequency (below hearing level), could create “feelings of depression, of fear, of panic, of terror, and despair.”
In 1977, la Defense Intelligence Agency (defense intelligence agency or DIA) from the USA declassified a report describing how advances in Soviet psychotronic technology could create the ultimate Big Brother society, by employing electronic mind control against populations to plant ideas and thoughts in the heads of unsuspecting victims : “Sounds, and probably even words, which appear to be of intracranial origin (in his own head), can be induced by signal modification at very low average power densities.”
The DIA report also said that the Soviets discovered that secret microwave radiation can be used to induce unsuspecting victims : “headache, fatigue, transpiration, fear of heights, menstrual disorders, irritability, agitation, tension, somnolence, insomnia, depression, anxiety, lack of memory, and lack of concentration.”
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, in a maneuver identical to Operation Paperclip during World War II, 17 Western intelligence agencies have taken over all Soviet research and recruited basic staff working in this sensitive area. Russian research has now had to stop due to economic crises.
A report published in Defense Electronics at the beginning of the years 90 indicated that a Richmond firm, in virginia, ” Psychotechnologies ” (supposed to be closely attached to the CIA and the FBI), bought the American rights to the Soviet mind control devices.
Defense Electronics described a meeting in the spring 1993 between Clinton administration officials and Soviet psychotronic experts, including dr. Igor Smirnov. Among the US agencies represented at meetings with Smirnov, the FBI was there, the CIA, la Defense Intelligence Agency (defense intelligence agency), et l’Advance Research Projects Agency (advanced research projects agency). The officials of the Clinton administration wanted “determine if psycho-correction programs… could be undertaken by the US government. These devices could be used to affect the judgment or opinion of decision makers, key personnel or the populace.”
Clinton's defense officials showed interest as psychotronic devices could be used “in areas of non-violent release” potential enemies, snipers, etc. On the domestic side (=civil), psychotronic devices could be used to suppress political dissidents, and all other potential threats to the New World Order.
At this meeting with Soviet experts, there were also the heads of giant international corporations, such as General Motors, and researchers from the National Institute of Mental Health (national institute of mental health). Newsweek magazine from 22 August 1994 reported on a secret meeting in Arlington, in virginia, between experts from the FBI Counterterrorism Center and Dr.. Smirnov, whose work has been described in the publicatio:
… Using electroencephalographs, Smirnov measures brain waves, then use computers to create a map of subconscious and various human impulses, such as anger or sexual attraction. Ensuite, via subliminal messages recorded on tape, he claims to physically alter the landscape by the power of suggestion.
“Psychotronics can be described as the interaction between mind and matter… The possibility of its use as weaponry has been explored. To be more specific, there are weapon systems which act on the power of the mind and whose lethal capacity has already been demonstrated. “
Describing the Soviet development of psychotronic weapons, Alexander said: “The ability to ... cause death can be transmitted over great distances, thereby inducing illness or death for no apparent reason.” These “weapons could induce illness or death with little or no risk to the operator… The psychotronic weapon would be silent (and) difficult to detect… “
Powerful elite insiders have long known how electromagnetic weapons can be effectively used to wage mind control against the population, specifically by targeting dissidents and political troublemakers. What happened to many political activists and investigative journalists who died under mysterious circumstances, and many of whom died from rare forms of cancer? Could they have been wiped out by psychotronic weapons ? We can only imagine how advanced this technology is today.
President Lyndon Johnson's science adviser, the doctor. Gordon J.F. MacDonald, wrote in 1968 the book ” Unless Peace Comes, A Scientific Forecast Of New Weapons “, (” Unless peace comes, a scientific forecast on new weapons “). MacDonald described how human-made changes in Earth's electric ionosphere can be used for mass behavior control. He says low frequency electromagnetic oscillations can attack low frequency electromagnetic brain waves in human beings. He declared : “A disturbance of the environment (by geophysical warfare) can produce changes in behavioral patterns.”
In his book of 1970, ” Between Two Ages ” (” Between two ages “), Zbigniew Brzezinski (a longtime Establishment strategist) described the “weather control” like a “new weapon” who is “a main element of strategy.” He added :
Technology will make available, to the heads of the main nations, a variety of techniques for waging a secret war, of which only the strict minimum of security forces should be assessed.
Brzezinski foresaw the exact types of psychotronic electromagnetic weapons the US administration is now developing for mass control of citizen behavior. He declared:
It is possible — and tempting — to exploit, for strategic and political purposes, the fruits of research on the brain and human behavior… Exactly timed and artificially created electronic attacks could lead to an oscillation pattern that produces relatively high power levels over certain regions of the Earth… In this way, we could develop a system that would seriously handicap the brain performance of a very large population in selected regions, over an extended period.

The goal was to recruit the Nazi super specialists and bring them back to the U.S.A.. so that they can continue their work in top secret fields like rocket science and genetics. It is now a historical fact that dozens of Nazi scientists were recruited by this operation..
